These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the LinkForge Technology website at linkforgetechnology.com and any quotations, products, or services we provide. By using the site or ordering from us, you agree to these Terms.
"LinkForge", "we", "us" means LinkForge Technology Co., Ltd., #75 Prey Sa, Dangkao, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
2. About the website
The site is provided as a catalogue of products and services. Browsing the site, requesting a quote, or adding products to your inquiry list does not create a sales contract. A contract is formed only when we issue a written quotation and you confirm acceptance.
3. Quotations and orders
- Prices on the website are indicative. Final pricing is confirmed by quotation.
- Quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, mis-priced, or if we suspect fraud.
- All sales are subject to product availability from our manufacturers and distributors.
4. Payment
We accept bank transfer (USD or KHR), ABA Pay, ACLEDA, Wing, and cash on delivery for smaller orders. Corporate accounts can request invoice terms. Specific terms appear on each quotation.
5. Delivery and installation
- Free delivery within Phnom Penh for standard orders.
- Nationwide delivery is available with our logistics partners; charges are quoted separately.
- On-site installation, racking, and configuration services are available at quoted rates.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on stock and shipping conditions.
- Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
6. Warranty
- All new hardware comes with the manufacturer's original warranty (typically 1–3 years depending on the product and brand).
- Refurbished items in our "Second Hand" category come with our 6-month warranty unless stated otherwise.
- Warranty claims must be raised with us in writing and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, accident, unauthorised modification, power surges, or normal wear.
7. Returns
Defective items reported within 7 days of delivery may be returned for replacement or refund, at our discretion. Custom-configured systems and consumables (cables, ink, etc.) are non-returnable unless defective. Please contact us before returning anything.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, logos, images, code — is owned by LinkForge or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish material from this site for commercial use without our written consent. Brand names of products we sell belong to their respective owners.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the site (for example, by attempting to break security, scrape large amounts of data, or submit malicious content)
- Use the contact form or inquiry list to send spam or unrelated messages
- Misrepresent yourself or your company in any quote request
10. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, LinkForge's total liability under any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of products we supplied.
